About The Role

  Tire Agent is looking for a detailed oriented Catalog Coordinator to help build our product database.  The Catalog Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining our product catalog and for researching features and benefits to enhance the content provided for each product. 

What You’ll Do

  • Manage product catalog information, including writing product descriptions, identifying key features and benefits. 
  • Researching, cataloging, and adding new products to the Tire Agent database. 
  • Curate standout listings for promotions and site features. 
  • Participate in research to identify trends and product opportunities for future assortments. Regularly present opportunities to stakeholders. 
  • Audit existing catalog entries regularly for accuracy. 

What You’ll Need 

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • 1+ years experience as an online catalog coordinator  
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel 
  • Strong data entry skills; The ability to independently process dense volumes of complex data quickly and accurately.
  • Possess the ability to deal effectively with ambiguity, thrive in an unstructured environment with competing deadlines, and reprioritize demands as events change.
